2. Right of Return

• The Geneva Convention- Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention: “The occupying power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own population into the territories it occupies.”
• “UN General Assembly Resolution 194 and Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Resolution: The Palestinans are granted the right to return, the Isralies, will rebild settlements in the vancant space that the Palesinans were forced to live in from 1948-2008. The property is worth the value of todays avarge property.

3. the Green Wall

The Green wall should be taken down in certan ares.( ie, those intruding into Palesinian famrmers and families land.)

∑ May remain standing only in places on the actual boarder of Isreal

∑ they should be building on the green line from 1967. which is the actuall boarder of Isreal.

5. Jerusalem

All restrictions should be removed from going in and out of East Jerusalem.

- All acts of terror, violence and destruction must be stopped by Palestinains.

- Israel should occupy holy sites, because they are doing a better job than the Palestinians did.

- East Jerusalem should be owned by Palestine

6. Gaza

-If Israeli soldiers withdrawl from Gaza there would be some kind of shot of peace.

- When Israel withdraws Egypt could help build up the economy and provide security for nation building of Gaza
