What to do if the computer doesn't get past the grey Apple screen with the spinning logo:
- Netboot the computer.
- Run the Disk Utility program.
- If the Disk Utility Repair fails or completes succesfully, then run Disk Warrior.
- When Disk Warrior finishes either restart the computer and see if the problem has been fixed or if Disk Utility failed the first time then run that again.
- If the problem persists, then run TechTool.
- If TechTool shows hardware as being the problem then send the machine out to Apple.
- If software seems to be the problem and Disk Warrior and Disk Utility did not fix the problem then the only thing left that can be done is to back up the users files and Reimage the computer.
- Once the machine finishes reimaging do not forget to drag their files back onto their computer.
